North Pacific Boardwalk is part of Canning the Coast, a long-term, photographic heritage project. I have taken several trips up and down the B.C. coast documenting the coastal canneries. I have also gathered stories and information from my grandfather, father, and people I met at the canneries. The project is an expression of my personal history and passion for the B.C. coast. It is also the story of province building. It is the story of the history of B.C. coastal canneries.
