Apt is a set of tableware designed specifically for the environment in which it is housed. The set takes inspiration from the intimate habits developed by tableware users and the way they choose to hold their pieces. This intimate interaction is complemented by the solid walnut bottoms that also help in reducing noise and breakage when stacking and handling the pieces. The geometry of Apt tableware is based on the standardized sizing used in the cabinet industry. Each piece works within this geometric system and, therefore, can be presented, stacked, and stored together in various ways.
