The Fabric of Space is a reconfigurable material that allows the user to transform their space as well as the objects within it. The predetermined sections within the fabric set up a new framework for interaction. The research guiding this project emphasized individuals valued objects that allowed for creative expression. This project explores object functions beyond visible utility—functions that serve to inspire and appeal to the imagination.
