This is a piece of concrete that I found outside my apartment one morning. The concrete’s previous function was to divide an area between the sidewalk and a parking area; the bright yellow colour is used to make people aware of it. I figured that a large truck hit the concrete and dislodged it, breaking the metal bars inside.
