Origin is a multicultural and healthy snack vending machine designed to address the issues of racism, cultural segregation, and division among youth. Its goal is to motivate youth to break cultural barriers by developing their interest, knowledge, and interaction with other cultures through the experience of cultural snacks. Each package design highlights the characteristic of the culture and the benefit of its ingredient. This communicates that we have much to gain from each other. My letter-packaging concept indicates the friendship between the user and the culture. The touch-screen vending machine enables the audience to look at detailed information.
