Blues is intended to be an entertaining piece that is true to its name. This musical, set in an area of Louisiana devastated by Hurricane Katrina, takes a step back in time to the early 1900s where the anonymous protagonist, after death, laments in song of injustice, lost love, lost dreams, and his longing for life.
